Kenyette “Tish” Barnes, is a political strategist, lobbyist, professor, mother and CEO of Nia Vizyon, LLC, a social justice, consulting and political strategy lobbying firm. Barnes, also known as the “Legislative Empress” is best known for her work with the Georgia General Assembly, and 2016 agenda includes legislation for domestic violence, post-partum depression, special education.
