Mr. Elmore-Moore is dedicated to serving others in his daily work. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, at the age of 21, he started The Noble Truth Project, a mentoring program working with adjudicated adolescents. As an executive consultant, Ian serves the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office as the Gang Prevention and Intervention Coordinator. As a former certified Georgia educator, Ian has several years of classroom and administrative experience, and was nominated by the district for Teacher of the Year. As a certified alternative dispute resolution mediator and registered yoga teacher, Ian has contracted his services to Georgia’s Department of Juvenile Justice and courts in the Metro-Atlanta area.

Ian was awarded a master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Kennesaw State University and has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Morehouse College. Ian is a member of The Omega Psi Fraternity and has served locally and globally as a college ambassador for service projects in Chicago, South Africa, and Haiti.
