Assistant Vice President of Institutional Advancement and University Relations at Clark Atlanta University

Ms. Foster provides day-to-day leadership and direction for the University’s fundraising and communications programs, raising nearly $9 million annually to support the University.  Prior to joining Clark Atlanta University, she served as managing director for the Tom Joyner Foundation. In this position, she led all of the foundation’s fundraising and community relations initiatives raising more than $4.5 million for students attending historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs).  In 1998, she launched Fsquared Communications Group, a full-service communications agency which focused on brand development, media and community relations, crisis communications and special event management.

Quisa currently serves as co-chair of the advisory board for the Villages at Carver YMCA and as VP of Programs for the Black Public Relations Society of Atlanta.  She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Arts/Public Relations from Clark Atlanta University and a master’s degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix.[
