BOOK is proud to have signed an MOU in 2020 with K-12 Education.

Our goal is to grow and expand this relationship in 2021, as the acceptance and engagement around virtual learning continues to grow. The COVID-19 crises has started new conversations, as parents have had to lead the learning process from home. Our goal is to continue to lead important conversations around Virtual Learning, and other types of educational platforms, to make sure we continue to support African American families.

K12 is the nation’s leading provider of online curriculum and support services for grades K–12. Families use the K12 curriculum and learning programs through online public schools, online private schools, blended or “hybrid” schools, and independently through direct course purchase. The K12 team has developed a comprehensive program that is designed to exceed national and state education standards. Our goal is to provide children with an education that is comparable or superior to that provided by the nation’s best public and private schools, regardless of demographic constraints.
