Ms. Whitlow is a proud native Atlantan and a product of Atlanta Public Schools, as a graduate of Benjamin E. Mays High School.  She earned her B.S. degree from Tuskegee University.  She is currently the President of Dartronic Systems, Inc., a privately held small, woman owned, manufacturing and consulting company.  Her clients consist of government agencies and commercial businesses as well as other small businesses in the government sector.  She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and has held several financial leadership positions in the local chapter of East Point College Park Alumni Chapter.
